Mr. Sims has been involved with Information Technology and Network Engineering since the mid 90′s. He has extensive experience in Software Acquisition and Project Management and has also been trained in the fields of Military Intel and Counter-Intel, as well as PSYOPS.
Before establishing On Pointe Solutions with Mr. A.E. Sommerer, he was a Systems Integration Manager and Chief of Systems Installation for the Federal Government on U.S. military bases world-wide.
